Warnings most dire.
I read the writing,
Doctrine of Signature,
Wonderingly puzzled.
It gives warnings:
Heat, Time, Ingredients.
Time to rest after cooked.
Hot! In bright red.
But in all the instructions
It never says: Eat me.
This is food. Perhaps
Alice sued, or they are
Merely cautious, but
The directions do not say
When to eat the food,
Perhaps we are to let
It cool for hours, or
Stare at it and starve.
They must have a number
We can call, to ask.
